Louise Goodman passion is to make life easier for Italian Executives who need to communicate in an intercultural context, building self-confidence to achieve their business and professional goals. She holds a combined business and BEC (Business English Communication) trainer background. She first worked for large multinational ICT companies in the USA, Germany, UK, CH and Italy, covering roles in business planning & development, marketing & communication and sales. Then she has specialized in BEC training and coaching, achieving the Cambridge DELTA master diploma. She has held several workshops on communication competences in English for executives in fashion, wealth management, top management consulting, insurance, chemical industry. She was also rewarded a prize and gave a webinar on the future of Business English training for IATEFL BESIG.
