Corporate Recruiting, Selection and Local Content manager. The activities and projects I carried out, have always been focused to improving the relation between employees and management towards business goals achievement, in particular: establishing and maintaining a HR ‘consulting’ function for the organization development; developing a responsive and proactive approach to all inquiries and issues across the various departments; designing, putting into effects and monitoring local and international initiatives for HR recruiting and development. To date, as counselor HR consultant, I’m engaged in organization development consulting projects. Moreover, since 2003 I have been member of young graduate career counseling team at L.Bocconi University (POL) Milan. Since 2010, member of CPC (Coaching Practice Community) Milan AIF. Since 2012 I have been learning neuroscience. I’m Emergenetics certified associate to deliver Emergenetics neuroscience-based questionnaire. The questionnaire is leading up to people and team growth.
